wait, i think i ''get'' this.
the first scene is obviously from a western-themed videogame where people shoot each other in the nuts while playing in multiplayer, am i right?
the game could be gold of huarez, or red dead redemption.
the SECOND scene, with the cowboy who is about to shoot himself after seeing his dead wife, this COULD be a scene from the movie ''blueberry'', a movie starring vensan cassel as the title hero, and michael madnson, and in one scene we see a cowboy mourning his dead wife, and trying to attempt suicide... (watch the plot synopsis in there)
